The Challenge
Vod’s Here! is an art education brand based in Toledo, OH, known for its quirky and fun personality, which defines its unique brand identity.
Vod's brand showed immense potential, and her enthusiastic can-do attitude made our collaboration very exciting
She wanted to me focus on helping her with TikTok content creation.
Before diving into our work together, our priority was to refine her branding strategy. Vod preferred not to hire a full-time social media manager and content creator due to financial reasons.
My objective throughout our partnership was to empower her with content creation skills and pave the way for her to eventually manage her own content independently.
With several art workshops held each month to promote her brand, it was clear that we needed to create compelling content that would catch people's attention and motivate them to attend her workshops and even bring friends along.

The Delivery
At the heart of Vod’s journey was to elevate the power and healing of art and enjoying every step of the creative process.
Initially, I focused on updating Vod's branding photos to elevate her overall brand presence.
I also designed templates and branding elements in Canva to enhance the consistency of her graphics.
Keeping at the front of mind that Vod approached me seeking assistance with her TikTok content creation, I supported her by keeping up with trending ideas, filming, editing her TikToks, and researching potential collaborations with local crafters and businesses.
Through monthly content brainstorms, we each brought ideas on what to promote that month based on pop-up workshops and other events, along with playing along to social media trends that pop up sporadically.
When Vod launched her first brick-and-mortar location, I documented the grand opening through professional photography and created TikToks at the event.
To promote the grand opening we launched a month-long social media campaign using TikToks and trending sounds.
Throughout this process, I ensured to explain each step and provided social media brainstorming and scheduling templates, preparing Vod to gradually take over some of my responsibilities as I transitioned out of our collaboration.
I also assisted Vod in implementing various digital marketing enhancements, such as updating her website to align with her established brand aesthetic. This included refining the design and ensuring consistency across all digital platforms to strengthen her brand identity.
